I visited Dr. Studley's office in Murphy North Carolina for what I thought was chiropractic care.  I had no idea the different types of treatment in this field and thought it was very interesting.  As a computer specialist, and graphic designer, I had been carrying a large laptop bag slung over my shoulder for what accumulated to being several hours per week.

He first took xrays of my head/neck area, afterwards did some mild poking and checking of how my feet lined up, etc.  Then he got out some tools that looked like tiny hammers, sortof.  Anyway... he was very gently tapped my neck bones some how and gave me a debrifing.  He said that if i had recent injuries, our bodies have some kind of 'memory' cache, that recall some of this and he told me a number of things to expect and set up a return visit.

Everything he said was absolutely true, I had bumped my head a week or so earlier and it had gone away, but I had like a phantom 'hurt' where I had bumped it return, and I thought that was pretty amazing.  Soon afterward there was a crisis in my family and I didn't get to return as needed.  Now I am going to look him up again and get back in there.
